The 9th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy will be held virtually from 11-13th Septemer 2020. Pertinent logistical information as well as technical information can be found on this page.

Meeting Programme
The programme on this website is of the originally planned live meeting. The virtual meeting programme content and dates will remain the same as advertised; however, the format of the programme delivery and presentation times will be adapted to ensure participants globally can benefit from the most interactive elements of the programme. You will receive an update as soon as the revised programme is available.

Four parallel workshops have been scheduled which are repeated once, giving you the opportunity to attend two different workshops. You are encouraged to actively participate in discussions either via chat or microphone.

Meet the Editor
In collaboration with Lupus Science and Medicine and the Lupus Foundation of America, Ronald van Vollenhoven will be holding a meet the editors session, where you can gain valuable insights into getting your research published. Publishing cases/participant experiences may be discussed.

Call for Abstracts
Poster abstracts must be relevant to the field of lupus research and medicine. Applicants must be specialists in training or allied healthcare professionals with research or medicine focused on lupus. We are accepting original research and case study topics, relevant to lupus, and encourage submissions describing the challenges faced in the clinic by the multidisciplinary team. After the meeting, you will receive a notification when the plenary presentations and the meeting report are available in our library.

Technical Information
In this section, all pertinent technical information relating to the virtual technology we will be using, how to interact (voting, workshop discussions and Q&A), computers settings and requirements will be available soon.
