Meeting Registration

Lupus Academy aims to provide global education at the lowest cost possible for participants. We only request a small contribution to cover direct individual cost.

We offer the opportunity to include a bedroom booking at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin, where the meeting will take place, with your meeting package

We have secured a group bedroom rate of € 139.00 per night, single occupancy, including breakfast, VAT and city taxes. Double occupancy adds the additional breakfast: € 149.00 per night.

Workshops

On the 10^th of October parallel workshops have been scheduled which are repeated in the afternoon, giving you the opportunity to attend two different workshops.

Cancellation and Privacy policy

Registration packages can be cancelled free of charge until 1 July 2025. After this a cancellation fee of 75 EUR will be charged. From 1 September, registration packages are non-refundable. Name changes are possible free of charge until 1 September. After this a 15 EUR change fee will apply.

Virtual participation is always non-refundable since costs to process are higher than the original fee.
Name changes are possible free of charge until 30 September.
