Meeting Package

Lupus Academy aims to provide global education at the lowest cost possible for participants. We only request a small contribution to cover direct individual cost.

Accommodation

We offer the opportunity to include a bedroom booking at the Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol hotel with your meeting package.

We have secured a group bedrooms rate of € 147.00 per night, single occupancy, including breakfast and 10% VAT.

Double occupancy adds the additional breakfast: € 167.00 per night, also including 10% VAT.

Tourist tax needs to be added: € 4.90 pppn: single use total costs per night € 151.90 and double use € 176.80.

Hotel cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge until 15^th July 2024. After this date, if we are able to resell your bedroom, you will get the full costs refunded. This arrangement applies until 20^th Augustus 2024 from which time no refunds are possible. Name changes are free of charge until 30^th August 2024. After this a € 15.00 change fee applies.

Workshops

On the 7^th of September parallel workshops have been scheduled which are repeated in the afternoon, giving you the opportunity to attend two different workshops.

Cancellation and Privacy policy

Registration packages can be cancelled free of charge until 1 June. After this a cancellation fee of 75 EUR will be charged. From 1 August, registration packages are non-refundable.
Name changes are possible free of charge until 15th August. After this a 15 EUR change fee will apply.

Virtual participation is always non-refundable since costs to process are higher than the original fee.
Name changes are possible free of charge until 3 September.
