Poster Session 14th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy 2025The 14th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy is a world leading Lupus educational meeting, which will be held in Berlin and online, from 9–11th October 2025.
The Poster session provides an opportunity for participants to showcase present their research both in person and online. Posters must be developed in line with the following guidelines and submitted by the deadline of Monday 7th July 2025. All accepted posters will be displayed in the poster area throughout the meeting and the top four posters will be chosen for oral presentation during the main meeting.

Poster Session: Development and Submission Guidelines
- Applicants must be specialists in training or allied healthcare professionals with research or clinical practice focused on lupus.
- Poster abstracts must be relevant to the field of lupus research and clinical practice and must not have been previously presented or published in its current form. We are only accepting original research topics, relevant to lupus, and encourage submissions describing the challenges faced in clinical practice by the multidisciplinary team.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Lupus Academy Steering Committee and, if accepted, authors will be invited to develop full posters for presentation at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy.
- Primary (or presenting) authors must be indicated on the original abstract submission and registered as a delegate for the 14th Annual Meeting of the Lupus Academy.
- Abstract submissions can be made from hospital, academic or commercial research backgrounds, and must not be promotional in nature.

Abstracts (maximum 250 words excluding figures and tables) must be
submitted by Monday 7th July 2025. The application form which can be downloaded

Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday 1st August 2025.
